The U of M Club of Sacramento has received a generous grant from Alumni Association of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to sponsor a club meet-up group. Meetup.com is a social networking site where people with similar interests can schedule events. It is free to join (you can use your existing Face book account) and easy to use! You'll find official club events on the site to which you can RSVP as well as unofficial club events. For example, alumni have met for dinners, happy hours, and watching football on Saturdays not scheduled at the Riverside Clubhouse.
